A Restorative Yoga Sequence for Emotional Stability
2020 has been quite the year. Luckily Yoga gives us the tools we need to nourish ourselves in difficult time. In this Workshop we will practice a sequence that was created by BKS Iyengar to provide Emotional Stability. We will also explore condensed versions for when you have less time but need a practice to help stabilize the emotional body. We will look at the explanation of what the emotional body is from a yoga perspective and the effects practice has on the subtle layers.
Props will be utilized and Hannah is structuring how to use them to support your body in this practice
