NEW CLASS - Pregnancy Yoga with Hannah
Starting in September we have a new class on our schedule designed especially for all expecting mothers.
In this class, the focus will be on preparing the body for labor and relieving the discomfort that can occur in all the stages of pregnancy. We will utilize props and the walls to support our bodies. Instruction will be offered in Pranayama to strengthen the lungs for labor and meditation will offer a way to connect with your baby. The class is inspired by Greta Iyengar and Hannah teaches in English.
