This workshop debunks the myth that yoga is about touching your toes. We will look into fundamental Yoga poses (asanas) such as downward facing dog, mountain pose and child’s pose; classic flows such as the sun salutations and the (peaceful) warriors; range of motion and strength building throughout the body; and we will always deserve a good Savasana.
Who is this workshop for?
If you feel not comfortable just dropping into an all-levels class, this series is for you. You will get a step-by-step guide on the most common asanas, will learn how to use props for your individual benefit and can ask any questions in a relaxed atmosphere.
Sessions can be individually booked. Classes held in English or in German, depending on the participants.
