In this extended two-hour Yin Yoga practice. You will be guided to a place of feeling deeply stretched and full of ease.
As we navigate the winter months and new year ahead, these longer held postures will slow you down and release long held tension in the body. We'll use bolsters, blankets and cushions to both support and enhance these longer holds and allow time and space to feel nourished and replenished. The simple guided breathing, meditation and awareness techniques will leave your mind feeling quiet and decluttered, and your body feeling rejuvenated.
The class will be taught in English and is suitable for everyone.
