Yogi Ram is a yogi from Himalaya and founder of the Himalayan Yog Ashram in Rishikesh where he was born.

YOGA NIDRA
Nidra is a Sanskrit word that means "sleep", therefore Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep"
Yoga enhances the processes of self healing in the body: through physical activity (asana) and mental activity (meditation), but it also involve nutrition and sleep. These all are interconnected.
