Join Hannah for a new late evening restorative class every Monday evening.
Restorative Yoga As taught by BKS Iyengar this class utilizes bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps for students to find Asanas where they are supported to relax. Restorative yoga helps those having trouble sleeping, cope with stress, and serves as a counter to our hectic modern life. This class is appropriate for bodies recovering from injury, pregnancy, and postnatal.
About Hannah:
Hannah came to Yoga after a professional dance career. She hated her first yoga class but was scammed into trying it again by a promise of chai afterward, while attending University in New Mexico. She spent a few years practicing Ashtanga but after losing her Menstruation she found the teachings of the Iyengar family. She is tremendously grateful to her teachers Genny Kapuler, Usha Devi, Lara Warren, BKS and Geeta Iyengar.
